Now that I've made that clear....

In your custom story's map, import the .expobj file. You will get an array of badly placed billboards (Done on purpose so you can customize them. Do this:

NOTE: WHEN I SAY CREATE A COMPOUND (PRESSING B), KEEP THE OBJECTS IN THE COMPOUND FORM OR YOU WILL HAVE A DIFFICULT TIME ORIENTING THEM IN YOUR MAP.

1) Make sure your gobo map on your spot_x lights match your window, adjust everything to your preference, then continue

2) Select the 6 FixedAxis billboard rays. Drag them off to the side. Select a pair (they're right on top of each other) and press 'B'. Use this compound as a single unit in your windows' billboard arrays, instead of creating & duplicating your own. Duplicate them by pressing Ctrl + D and orient them according to your light source (window, hole in ceiling, etc)

3 )Select all the lights (in the top right corner, uncheck the 'All' box, then click on the 'Li' button. Now you can box-select all the lights. Duplicate them (Ctrl + D) and press 'B'. Use that for your windows' light sources.

4) Since your 6 billboards are now out of the way, click the 'Li' button again to deselect it. Then click the 'Bi' button. Box select the halo billboards that are over the window pane. Press 'B' and use those as your windows' halo billboards by duplicating them, etc.

5) Once ALL of your billboards AND lights are in place, select each compound and press 'B' to destroy it. This only destroys the parenting arrangements, not the actual objects. From there you can individually identify and/or tweak each light/billboard.

Enjoy!
